After a discussion with one of our trusted employees to understand the current condition of your home, we analyze comparable sales along with local market trends. Based on these factors, we provide a negotiable offer after the property walk-through. We always aim to make a fair and reasonable offer. If it doesn’t work for you, it doesn’t work for us.
There are absolutely no fees or commissions when working with Tailored Home Buyers.
Unlike traditional real estate agents who work on commission, Tailored Home Buyers uses a different model. Agents often require repairs, renovations, open houses, and charge 6–8% commission. Homes can sit on the market for months. We provide all the same services—title transfer, escrow, and market guidance—without charging any commissions and without the hassle.
